Return/Exchange Policy:

Buying online can be scary. I totally understand. You just can't know for sure if it's going to fit. Especially if you are new to Filly. It gets easier as you become more familiar with the line and the way I cut my designs. But shopping online is really convenient. And this is the trade off I suppose. I can't offer returns because it takes a lot of time to put together an order and walk to the Fedex building with Bello. He is very slow. 

But I can offer exchanges.

 

Exchanges: 

Please let me know via email that you are looking to exchange an item. 

Item must be in perfect, resell-able condition. I can't take it back if you wore it. 

Exchanges can be made for the equivalent money value (or higher). 

Exchanges will apply to the current season at the time of purchase or previous seasons. 

Exchanges can not be applied toward future collections.

Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Exchanges must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the goods. 

I reserve the right to deny an exchange request if it occurs after 10 days.
